Welcome to your Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort located directly on beautiful Folly Field Beach.  Our resort spans 55 acres of oceanfront property.  Whichever regime you call home, you will meet and enjoy new friends and neighbor’s within your community.

For our new owners, we would like to introduce all three regimes, or homeowners’ associations.  Admirals Row has 180 units, 40 of which are one bedroom, and 140 of which are two bedrooms.  Tennis Villas has 168 two-bedroom villas.  Ocean Villas, our largest regime, has 498 one-bedroom units.  Building began at the resort in 1980 and was completed in 1981.  Each regime is governed by an elected board of directors whose authority is assumed by the Master Deed and By-Laws of each regime.  You can peruse these individuals by logging into the website.
